My name is Cathy Reed. About 8 years ago, we came to Sequim to "visit" a friend. You guessed it-6 months later we were packing up and making the move. Sequim hits you that way, I can't tell you how many clients say, "You know I visited here 10 years ago and keep coming back." Many are retiring here but many are families that are looking for life style changes. It is a unique area - moderate weather, beautiful scenery and wonderful people!

The friend that brought me to Sequim, Judy Beier, had come out of retirement to sell real estate. She came to me one day and asked if I would be interested in working as her assistant. I was looking for a new challenge, had always loved looking at homes and different areas and styles, why not do it for a living? A whole new world opened up. I had no idea how fast, furious and fun it would be. After a couple of years, Judy opened her own real estate company and I started working for her as an agent.

I now work for Windermere/Sequim-Central. I work full time and hard for all my clients, last year I had over 6 million dollars in closed sales. My goal is to listen to your wants and needs and match you to your perfect property. I think buying a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make and I try to make this a fun and positive experience for everyone involved. Hi, my name is Sheryl Payseno and I have lived in Western Washington all my life and in Sequim for over 12 years. My family made the move to Sequim because it's a great place to raise a family, the outdoor activities are abundant, and the school system is one of the best. I started my real estate career over 11 years ago including one year at a local title company. Working at the title company gave me a great basic knowledge of what a title company does and how the escrow process works for you.

I look at real estate like a puzzle with many pieces which don't always seem to fit. It's my goal to put all the pieces together and make the transaction go smoothly for you. I have my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR). To attain this designation a real estate professional must complete extensive classroom training on buyer agency practices and procedures, pass a written examination, and submit evidence of practical experience as a buyer's representative.

Real estate keeps me busy, but I enjoy doing many wonderful outdoor activities with my family and friends including exploring trails, walking out to the lighthouse, and taking pictures of the beautiful Peninsula. I actually had my first pictures published in the Olympic Peninsula Visitors Guide in 2003.
